Venice's Waterfront Turn Reaches Palm Beach Closets

The Venice Film Festival's red carpet ran along the water this year, and the A-list turnout drew the kind of attention that tends to circle back to the North End by way of a text thread or two. The wire brings word of the full cast of boldface names who made the walk, though the specifics of who wore what are still filtering in. For a town that treats its own waterfront as a runway most evenings of the season, the appeal of a lineup like this one needs no explaining.
