Driver, 17, Loses Control on Ramp Approach; Parked Tractor and Aircraft Struck

An unoccupied airplane was damaged after a teenage driver breached perimeter fencing and reached the ramp, colliding with a tractor before striking the parked aircraft. No injuries were reported in the incident.
