Fatal Learjet Investigation Turns to Trim Settings, Recorder Gaps

The NTSB's inquiry into last year's Philadelphia air ambulance Learjet accident is now centered on the aircraft's pitch trim configuration at the time of the crash. Investigators have also confirmed the cockpit voice recorder was not functioning, limiting the data available to reconstruct the flight's final minutes.
