Apollo has taken an ownership stake in Atlantic Aviation, the fixed-base operator many owners depend on for fuel, hangar space, and ramp handling, at a valuation approaching $10 billion. KKR, which took control of the company five years ago for $4.475 billion, remains a major shareholder in the business.
