Otto Aerospace Sets Cecil Field Build Date — Phantom 3500 Still Two Years Out After That
Otto Aerospace has set 2028 as the start date for construction of its new factory in Jacksonville. The plant will be built at Cecil Airport, and the company expects Phantom 3500 production there to begin around 2030. That leaves roughly two years between groundbreaking and the first airframe coming off the line. For owners tracking the program, it is the first concrete marker of when deliveries might actually start.
