Otto Sets 1,600-Jet Production Target for New Phantom 3500
Otto is building a new manufacturing hub, set to open in 2028, ahead of the Phantom 3500's planned certification and first deliveries around 2030. The jet is being designed for fuel efficiency, and once deliveries begin, the company expects to build roughly 1,600 of them over the following decade. For owners weighing a spot on the eventual order book, that production number was set before the first airframe rolls out, not added later.
