Bridgehampton Trade Closes at $15.25 Million as Producer Henry Tisch Takes the Address

· 1 min read

Meg Ryan's secluded Bridgehampton estate has changed hands for $15.25 million, with Broadway and entertainment producer Henry Tisch as the buyer. The sale closes out one owner's long, private hold on a property built for seclusion, out past the hedges where the East End trades privacy at a premium. It lands another figure from the entertainment world onto Bridgehampton's roster of low-profile estate owners, in a market where the address itself is often the selling point.
