The American SetIn Chatham, a Barn and Greenhouse Learn to Host
Designer Shawn Henderson has given a working greenhouse and utility barn in Chatham, New York, a new job: a 2,500-square-foot guest house. The transformation keeps the footprint of two structures once built for chores and cultivation, reworking them into a single home meant for company. Photographer Stephen Kent Johnson documented the result, an upstate outbuilding recast for a different kind of use.
