In Clinton Hill, a Factory Façade Hides 90 Feet of Column-Free Loft
On Greene Avenue, a former Bristol-Myers factory keeps its scale a secret from the street. Behind the plain front, the floors run back a full 90 feet, open and unbroken by a single column. Artists took on the conversion, and original details remain throughout the vast rooms. Nothing about the modest façade prepares a visitor for the depth of space waiting inside.
