Filmmaker John Wilson, whom Architectural Digest calls a cult favorite, has pointed his camera at a material most homeowners never think to look at twice. His new film, The History of Concrete, applies the same signature style he's known for to the foundations and walls that make up the structures around him. Wilson walked AD through how he adapted that approach to a subject as unglamorous as concrete itself.
