The Fall Bedroom, Considered: AD Editors Name Seven Quilts and Coverlets for 2026

Architectural Digest's editors have slept on a range of quilts and coverlets and narrowed the field to seven for 2026. The timing is seasonal: with fall here, the bedroom is the room most people turn to first. A quilt or coverlet is the layer that sits on top of the bed and sets the tone of the whole room, so the choice deserves the care any house deserves. From a Palm Beach guest room to an Aspen primary suite, this is the season to choose that layer with an editor's eye.
