The American SetA Guadalajara Sensibility Arrives in a Brooklyn Loft
Designer Sofía Beas has turned an industrial loft in Brooklyn into her own home, and the conversion carries a distinctly Mexican accent. The rooms draw on Guadalajara, her home city, and on the architectural language of Luis Barragán, whose handling of color, light and volume has shaped generations of Mexican design.
