Herald Square Puts In for Rides

· 1 min read

Herald Square has asked for amusement rides. The plaza at the foot of 34th Street, long a place to cross rather than to linger, would take on a little of the carnival air that Times Square has made its own a few blocks north. The two squares already trade foot traffic along Broadway. With this, they begin to share a temperament as well.
