In La Jolla, A Midcentury House Begins Again

· 1 min read

Architecture and interiors firm Georgis & Mirgorodsky has completed the renovation of a midcentury home in La Jolla, California, for a client the studio has worked with before. The assignment arrived at a personal crossroads, and the design team treated it less as a refresh than a reset, reworking the house to suit a new chapter rather than the one it was built for. What emerged is described as a refined retreat, tailored for starting over.
