The American SetA Mother's Name, Cast in Light
Apparatus's artistic director, Gabriel Hendifar, has named his newest collection Afsaneh, for his mother. The line draws on his Iranian heritage, carrying her material traditions and motifs into a new set of lighting and furnishings. It reads as tribute before it reads as product — heritage rendered in metal and form.
