Sales Open at WOMA, Uribe Schwarzkopf's New Address in Wynwood Norte

Uribe Schwarzkopf, the Ecuadorian developer known for its attention to design, has opened sales at WOMA, a project in Miami's Wynwood Norte that will combine homes with space for creative work. The company marked the start of sales with a gathering held with Surface, and figures from Miami's cultural scene came out for it. WOMA has not been built yet. For now it exists as plans and a sales office, and the party was its first public introduction. Wynwood Norte sits just north of the Wynwood that most people know by its walls. Anyone following new construction in Miami has had a reason to watch the neighborhood, and this project gives them one more. No pricing is on the record yet, and until it is, this page will not guess.
