Cultural Counsel, the public relations firm known for representing figures across the art world, is restructuring its leadership. Founder Adam Abdalla is moving into a new role at the firm, and senior vice president Marcella Zimmerman will step in to run day-to-day operations. For the galleries, dealers, and collectors who rely on the firm to shape how their work is seen and talked about, it is a changing of hands rather than a change of course.
