Chef Daniel Boulud has opened a new café inside South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California, adding his name to the retail center's roster of dining destinations. The addition places one of American fine dining's most recognized chefs inside a shopping complex already known for pairing luxury retail with design-forward hospitality.
