Aaron Stanfield Wins the NHRA Final Against His Father at the Starting Line

· 1 min read

Greg and Aaron Stanfield, father and son, met in an NHRA final, and the son won by 0.001 seconds. Greg's car was the faster of the two down the track. Aaron got off the line sooner when the lights changed, and that early jump decided the race. It's a reminder that a drag race begins before either car moves, with the driver.
