The Cherokee Badge Takes On Hybrid Power for 2026

· 1 min read

Jeep's 2026 Cherokee Overland uses a hybrid powertrain, and Car and Driver has now put it through a full test. This is another new version of a name that Jeep has reworked more than once before. For owners who follow how long-running American nameplates change over time, a gas-electric Cherokee is a point worth noting. We have not driven the car ourselves, so the test results belong to the people who did.

With reporting from Car and Driver.
