A Battery-Powered Levante and a Long-Roofed Quattroporte Heir Are on Maserati's Drawing Board
Maserati's chief executive has offered a first look at two models to come: a Levante that runs on electricity alone, and a car to carry the Quattroporte name forward with its roofline carried back over the cargo area in the manner of a shooting brake rather than ending in a conventional sedan trunk. For the owners who already keep a trident-badged SUV or four-door in a Palm Beach or Beverly Hills garage, the news is that both of those familiar nameplates are being reimagined rather than retired. Beyond the two body styles described, the report offered no further specifics.
