Ford Clears the Decks for an Affordable Electric Lineup

· 1 min read

Ford chose to give up more than 150,000 vehicle sales so it could build its coming entry-level electric lineup. That number shows how seriously Dearborn is taking a budget EV, because a carmaker doesn't walk away from that much business for a side project. For owners who have waited for an electric Ford priced for everyday buyers rather than early adopters, the lineup is badly needed. The company has made its choice, and now the cars have to arrive.
