Lotus Reportedly Adds a V-6 Entry Point to the New Esprit

· 1 min read

Lotus is said to be developing a second powertrain for the reborn Esprit, giving prospective buyers a V-6 alternative to the nearly 1,000-horsepower hybrid V-8 already confirmed for the 2029 model. The pairing would let the marque offer both a flagship halo car and a more attainable version under the same nameplate.

With reporting from Car and Driver.
