Del Mar Turf Keeps Delivering for Trainer Jonathan Thomas

Observed's victory in the Del Mar Juvenile Turf gave his sire, Mandaloun, the Juddmonte stallion, his first graded stakes winner. The result also extended trainer Jonathan Thomas's run of form at the Southern California track, where he has now saddled five graded winners. Three of those carry notable pedigrees: Truly Quality, by Quality Road; Mrs. Astor, by Lookin At Lucky; and Will Then, by War of Will.
