Kentucky Downs Turf Puts Kehoe Beach Among the Week's Fastest Fillies

Kehoe Beach, a 5-year-old mare, closed out an allowance race over 6 1/2 furlongs on the Kentucky Downs turf on September 6 with a Beyer Speed Figure of 96, good enough to land her among the six fastest fillies of the week as tallied by Thoroughbred Daily News. She was one of four horses on that list to turn in a top figure at the Franklin, Kentucky course during the span, a showing for the turf course as much as for the individual runners it produced.
