Bodacious Bay made her first start in Grade I company in the Cotillion, arriving with a fresh face in the trainer's chair after a recent change of barns. The pairing needed no time to find its footing, delivering a performance strong enough to settle any doubts about the move. For a filly stepping up in class for the first time, it was as clean an introduction to elite competition as connections could have asked for.
