The American SetOcala's Priciest April Filly Breaks Her Maiden in Style
Without Hesitation, a two-year-old filly by Jackie's Warrior out of Brazen Persuasion, by Indian Charlie, broke her maiden by a length and a half in a night race this week. The victory came months after she brought $2.3 million at the OBS April sale in Ocala. Her debut win was the tenth credited to her sire, Jackie's Warrior. For a filly who carried a seven-figure price into her first start, a clear win at first asking is precisely the return connections came to see.
