One More Start Now Decides Book'em Danno's Breeders' Cup Fate

· 1 min read

Word out of Saratoga Springs has connections for Book'em Danno, the Bucchero colt drawing attention this meet, facing a decision that will determine his autumn schedule. Without a prep race run before the Breeders' Cup, he will not take his place in the $2-million Grade I Sprint on Oct. 31 at Keeneland. The Sprint stands among the season's richest tests, a race that has long asked horses to arrive with recent company on their form. For now, the path forward for Book'em Danno turns on whether that tune-up start comes together in time.
