The American SetAt Saratoga, Phileas Fogg Readies to Face Tougher Company
The first Friday of September opened clear and sunny over Saratoga Race Course, and just after 7 a.m. the racehorse Phileas Fogg was out working on the main track. The morning session comes as the horse prepares for a step up in class, set to run against more accomplished rivals in his next outing.
