Thoroughbred Charities of America Spreads Over $600,000 Across Nearly 100 Groups

Thoroughbred Charities of America said Tuesday it has awarded more than $600,000 in grants for 2026, spread across 96 organizations working on behalf of the breed. The nonprofit, a longtime source of funding for aftercare, retraining and backstretch welfare programs across the sport, confirmed the total figure but did not detail how funds would be divided among the recipients.
