Buffalo Trace Distillery will bottle its Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon undiluted for the first time, skipping the water cut that has always brought this whiskey down to its usual proof. The release marks 40 years since the label's debut, a milestone for a bourbon that collectors have chased since it first left the rickhouse.
