Eater has published a new itinerary for a long weekend spent eating through Upstate New York, mapped out by a Brooklyn-based writer in their late twenties who grew up with the Rocky Mountains in view. The writer is a rock climber as much as a diner, and the guide reads like their own version of a summer well spent outside the city.
