Nike is bringing back its shaggiest take on the Air Force 1, this time in a dark, saturated red. The new shade joins a run of colorways that keeps getting longer, all built on that old line about a horse that turns out to be another color entirely. From a Nashville sidewalk to a sneaker shelf in Los Angeles, this is a shoe that gets noticed before anyone looks at the logo. Red on a long, tousled pile may be the boldest way the idea has been put so far.
