DreamWorks Animation Remote Staff Approve First Labor Contract

Remote employees at DreamWorks Animation have voted to ratify their first collective bargaining agreement with the Animation Guild. The vote was finalized on Aug. 21. Ninety-seven percent of participating workers cast ballots in favor of the agreement, according to results from the vote. The ratification marks the first such contract covering the studio's remote workforce.
