Remote employees at DreamWorks have approved their first labor agreement with the studio, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The contract, negotiated through The Animation Guild, sets a wage floor for the studio's off-site animation staff. It also adds contributions toward retirement and coverage for health care. The agreement is the first of its kind between DreamWorks and its remote workforce.
