Joey King Joins Sandra Bullock's 'Practical Magic' Sequel as One of Two Onscreen Daughters

Joey King has stepped into a role originally set for Evan Rachel Wood in "Practical Magic 2," the follow-up to the 1998 film. King and Maisie Williams will play the daughters of Sandra Bullock's character, Sally Owens, in the sequel. King said she spoke directly with Wood about the casting change. The film continues the story of the original, which has held on as a cult favorite for decades.
