Sadie Sink Would Produce as Well as Star in A24's Adaptation of 'The Guest'

Sadie Sink is negotiating to take the lead role in a film version of Emma Cline's novel "The Guest," a project set up at A24. Under the deal being discussed, Sink would also serve as a producer alongside Square Peg. Lorene Scafaria, who writes and directs, is in separate negotiations to direct the picture for the studio. Cline's book was a bestseller. None of the arrangements has been finalized.
