A House Older Than Zoning Codes Goes on the Block, Acreage Included

Wait — 151 acres. That's the number that stops most Florida readers, more than the mansion's age. Renamor, the French Provincial house anchoring the Tuxedo Park property, was built in 1928 and runs to 14,000 square feet, which down here would be plenty of estate on its own. In Tuxedo Park, that historic New York enclave, it's just the part with a roof. The rest — all 151 acres of it — goes to auction alongside it, in one listing. In a state where an acre of beachfront can outprice a small country, seeing 151 of them attached to a single address is the kind of figure Palm Beach brokers read twice.
