The top of the 14-acre riverfront development now belongs to a fresh run of penthouses, with prices reaching $250 million for the full collection. One duplex alone, set across two levels, lists at $39.5 million and comes with its own swimming pool — a detail that tells you which city this is before the address does. Palm Beach buys quiet; Naples buys land; Miami buys altitude, water views, and a pool that isn't on the ground.
