Realtor.com's latest read on the housing market found the bar for what counts as "luxury" easing nationwide, even as some of the country's most expensive addresses kept climbing regardless. It's a split that will sound familiar to anyone who has cross-shopped a listing on one stretch of Florida coastline against another an hour up or down the road. Fewer houses now clear the luxury line as a matter of course, while the handful that always did just keep pulling away from it.
