The American SetPalm Beach Has a Wine Guy. Naples Has a Boat Guy. Now Everyone Needs a Bourbon Guy
The founder of Pinhook Bourbon has opened a new club for people who take their whiskey seriously, called Old Josephs, with membership pitched across different tiers. It is the kind of arrival that plays differently up and down our coastline — a Palm Beach cellar has room for one more locked cabinet, a Naples bar cart could use something with more story than shine, and Miami will simply ask which tier gets the better pour. No storefront, no fuss, just another quiet standard for what belongs in the good glass at the good party.
