Heaven Hill's newest Parker's Heritage Collection release is a 14-year-old bourbon blended with a portion of rye, aged well past the point most Kentucky whiskeys are bottled. For the club rooms and back bars from Palm Beach to Naples, where a well-stocked cart is practically a civic duty, a release with that kind of age and grain complexity is the sort of arrival worth noting before the shelf space runs out.
