Tarzana Flip: Beyoncé's Stylist Circle Turns a Quick Profit Out West

A house that passed through the hands of Zerina Akers — the Emmy-winning costume designer who dresses Beyoncé — is back on the market in Tarzana, asking $4.5 million. Akers bought the property from model Winnie Harlow in 2024 for $3.6 million, and now, just two years later, is offering it up nearly a million dollars higher. Out here on the Palm Beach and Naples circuit we measure our real estate in different units entirely, but a nine-figure percentage gain in two years reads the same in any zip code. Call it the Los Angeles version of flipping a spec house on the Intracoastal.
