The Vermont whiskey maker's new Boss Hog rye borrows its inspiration from ancient Egypt, and it lands as one of the strongest entries the series has poured in years. For a bottle that trades on barnyard swagger more than pharaonic polish, that's the kind of left turn Florida's rye drinkers will happily pour a glass to.
