Nashville has always kept its own scoreboard for who's arrived, and the radio charts are still the most honest one in town. BELLES, an artist on the rise here, is climbing them now with "Son Of Jolene," a collaboration with Dolly Parton that has done what a name like hers can still do for a young act — move the needle. Airplay is up, and so is the streaming activity behind it, the kind of momentum that gets noticed well beyond Music Row.
