Council Puts Right-on-Red Back on the Agenda, Wants to Hear from Neighborhoods First

Metro Council's second September meeting brought a softer version of the proposed ban on right turns at red lights — and instead of pushing it through, members chose to wait. A community meeting will happen before any vote, giving residents a say on how their intersections work. Grants also moved through the same session.
