Dolly's Name Moves Toward the Runway

Nashville officials have taken the first formal steps toward renaming Nashville International Airport in her honor. The proposal is still early — a beginning, not a done deal — but it puts the entertainer's name where every visitor to Music City first sets foot. It is the kind of honor that needs no introduction in this town, on either side of it.
