East Park hosts the TN Hot Sauce Expo this weekend, now in its fourth year of gathering the region's small-batch hot sauce makers under one roof. It is the kind of event this city does well: a park full of people who make things by hand, tasting their way through a Saturday. No big brand booths, no shortcuts — just craft, block by block.
