Dylan Scott will open his new headlining run, the "Dear Big City Tour," on Jan. 21 in Detroit. It is the kind of news that reads differently from Nashville than anywhere else — not an announcement so much as a hometown act clocking back in, one more country voice built here about to go prove it on the road.
