Tape Room Music, the publishing outfit rooted in Nashville's Music Row corridor, currently has 12 songs sitting inside the Top 40 on the Country Airplay charts. It is the kind of tally that says less about any one hit than about a room of writers who keep showing up on the credits. Green Hills doesn't do old money, but it does exactly this.
